Banned, hacked, or restricted? We get social media accounts back.

We recover social media accounts and advertising accounts that have been banned, hacked, disabled, or restricted. The work covers businesses, creators, medical and aesthetic practices, and the agencies that run those accounts on their behalf. Recovery runs through each platform's official appeal, verification, and escalation channels with proper documentation.

Two things break when an account goes down, and they break differently. A lost Instagram account is a lost sales channel. The audience, the message history, the booking link, and the proof that you are a real business all sit behind a login you no longer have. A restricted Meta ad account is faster and blunter than that. It stops revenue the same day, because the campaigns producing bookings this morning are not running this afternoon.

Accounts, ad accounts, and the access behind them.

Each platform has its own process, its own evidence standard, and its own escalation path. Here is what we handle on each one.

Instagram

Disabled accounts, including the ones showing the "permanently disabled" notice. Suspended accounts. Hacked accounts where the email address and phone number were changed by whoever took it. Action blocks and feature restrictions that stop you posting, following, or sending messages. Impersonation takedowns when someone has built an account that copies yours. Meta publishes its own guidance on disabled Instagram accounts and on profiles that have been hacked, and both are worth reading before you do anything else. For the full first-hour checklist, see our guide on what to do when an Instagram account is banned or restricted.

Facebook

Disabled personal profiles and disabled Pages. Hacked accounts. Lost admin access to a Page, which is the case that usually arrives after a former employee, a contractor, or an old agency left and took the only admin seat with them. Facebook's own article on suspended and disabled personal accounts sets out the appeal window that applies before a suspension becomes permanent.

Meta ads

Ad accounts moved from restricted back to active. "Advertising access restricted" applied to a personal profile rather than the ad account itself. Disabled Business Managers and Business Portfolios. Lost payment and admin access. Policy flags raised against landing pages and ad creative, which is the category most advertisers misdiagnose, because the flag sits on the destination rather than the ad. Meta documents advertising restrictions and the review request process in its Business Help Center. Our walkthrough of the whole path is here: how to get a restricted Meta ad account back to active.

Other platforms

X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Suspension appeals, hacked account takebacks, and impersonation removal on each. The mechanics differ. TikTok runs bans and appeals through its own safety centre, Snapchat handles locked accounts through an in-app appeal, and LinkedIn ties most restrictions to identity verification. We work whichever process applies.

Verification support

Eligibility review and application preparation for Meta Verified and for notability based verification on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn. We check your account against the platform's published criteria, tell you whether an application is worth filing, and assemble the supporting material so it presents your case properly. To say it plainly: we do not sell badges and we do not use back channels. Verification is granted by the platform or it is not granted at all.

After recovery

Security hardening comes with every case. Two factor authentication on every admin, backup codes stored somewhere you will actually find them, a sane admin structure, and a Business Manager cleanup that removes the access nobody needs any more. From there, if you want the account to grow rather than just sit safe, our content and social team can take it on. If the problem is broader than one account, and what worries you is the whole first page of results for your name, that is reputation management rather than recovery.

Five steps from locked out to back in.

  1. Intake within one business day

You send the handle or ad account ID, screenshots of the notice you received, and a short timeline of what happened and when. We respond within one business day.

  2. Diagnosis on a call

We work out which restriction you are actually under, what most likely triggered it, and whether there is a realistic path to recovery. We accept a case only when there is one, which is why most of the cases we accept come back.

  3. Documentation and appeal package

We build the appeal the way that platform's process expects it. The right form, the right evidence, in the right order. Identity documents, business records, proof of ownership, and a factual account of what happened.

  4. Escalation through official channels

We work the platform's own appeal, verification, and escalation routes and follow up until there is a decision. No bots, no back doors, and no waiting quietly while a ticket goes stale.

  5. Restoration and hardening

The account comes back to you with two factor authentication in place, backup codes issued, admin access rebuilt properly, and the Business Manager tidied up, so the same failure does not repeat.

What we will not do.

Recovery work attracts a lot of people selling shortcuts. These are the four we refuse, and refusing them is why the work holds up.

  • No bots and no purchased followers. Not during a recovery, not after one.
  • No fake or edited documents. Everything we submit to a platform is genuine, because a forged document turns a recoverable case into a closed one.
  • No new accounts to evade a ban. Circumvention is its own violation and it usually costs more than the original account did.
  • No promises of inside contacts. We do not have them. Nexus Multimedia is not affiliated with Meta, X, Snap, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Google.
Recent Case
"A US telehealth company came to us after losing access to two Instagram accounts. Both cases were worked through Instagram's official channels with full documentation. Both accounts were restored and handed back with two factor authentication, backup codes, and a rebuilt admin structure in place."

A fixed quote before any work starts.

You get a fixed quote after the intake call. It is based on the platform and the case type, because a feature restriction on one Instagram account and a disabled Business Portfolio with four ad accounts under it are not the same job.

No work starts before you approve that quote, and the number does not move once it is set. If the diagnosis call tells us there is no realistic path to recovery, we say so and there is no quote to approve. We would rather turn a case down than take money for an appeal we do not believe in.

Common questions about account recovery

Often, yes. "Permanently disabled" is Meta's default wording on the notice rather than a final verdict, and many of these accounts are restored once a documented appeal reaches a reviewer. We tell you honestly on the intake call whether we see a realistic path, and we accept the case only when there is one.

Yes. This is the most common case we handle. Recovery runs through Instagram's identity verification and escalation channels, which is why a changed email address and phone number does not end the matter. Never pay the person holding the account. Paying funds the next attack and gives you nothing enforceable.

It depends on the case. Straightforward restrictions often clear in days. Disabled accounts and Business Manager cases can run into weeks, because they sit in a review queue that no agency controls. You get a realistic timeline on the intake call rather than a number chosen to close the sale.

No. A new ad account or Business Manager opened after a restriction is treated as circumvention, and it usually gets disabled too, often taking connected Pages and payment methods with it. The path back runs through the account you already have.

No. Every case goes through the platform's official appeal, verification, and escalation channels with proper documentation. Anyone promising an inside contact is selling something else. Nexus Multimedia is not affiliated with Meta, X, Snap, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Google.

Instagram, Facebook, Meta ads and Business Manager, X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

The handle or ad account ID, screenshots of the notice you received, the dates things happened, and a list of who currently holds admin access. Some platforms ask for government ID or a video selfie as part of their own identity checks. You submit that directly to the platform when it asks.

We harden it. Two factor authentication on every admin, backup codes stored somewhere you can find them, a clean admin structure, and a Business Manager cleanup that removes access nobody needs any more. If you want the account to grow from there, our content and social team can take it on.
